Catering for children from 3 years with Motor Co-ordination Difficulties
 
You must pre-book for Specialised Weekly Classes
Tuesday 6.00-7.00pm (Graduate Class) ; 
Wednesday 3.00 to 3.45 pm (Tiny Tots 3yrs +3);   
Thursday 6.00 to 7.00 pm;  
Saturday 10.00 to 11.00 am

What is GymABLE?
GymABLE is an inclusive programme targeted at providing gymnastics opportunities for people with disablilities It is designed to help children with co-ordination, balance and movement; self-esteem and confidence; listening and taking turns; social skills and most importantly it is FUN.

Who benefits from GymABLE Programme?
Excel Gymnastics – GymABLE caters for children with Dyspraxia, ADHD, Asperger’s Syndrome and other Learning Difficulties. The aim of the programme is to provide a fun and relaxed environment to try gymnastics and other physical activities.
 
 
Who delivers GymABLE Programme?
Excel Gymnastics coaches that have received accredited training through Gymnastics Ireland
 
 
Are there Excel Gymnastics – GymABLE Camps?
Yes, Excel Gymnastics – GymABLE Camps run during Easter, Summer, and Halloween school holidays.
At our GymABLE Camps your child will have the opportunity to participate in fun physical activities from the GymABLE Programme, games, arts and crafts and exploring relaxation techniques.
 
 
 
 
How much do the GymABLE classes cost?
1 hour class: €13 prepay member  €16 pay as you go members
 Private Lesson 30 mins: € 20 member rate
Tiny Tot 45 minute class: €10 prepay member   €13 pay as you go member
